Helping people with technology has always been part of who I am.
Growing up, I naturally became the person my family, friends, and neighbors turned to whenever they needed help with technology.
One of my favorite traditions was helping my parents stay connected with the people they cared about. During holidays and special occasions, I would sit beside them and help them write messages to send to family, friends, and colleagues.
Before long, helping people with technology became something I was known for. Family, friends, neighbors, and people throughout my community began asking for help setting up new phones, transferring photos and videos, solving everyday technology problems, and making their devices easier to use.
Today, that lifelong passion has become SaimoTech Support. A business built on patience, honesty, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident using technology.
